Nebraska Methodist Health System is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for night shifts at Methodist Women's Hospital in Elkhorn, NE. Responsibilities include delivering quality patient care, assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, implementing interventions, evaluating patient responses, performing technical skills, maintaining professionalism, minimizing risks, delegating tasks, and being fiscally accountable.
