Northside Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to function in a leadership role. This position involves direct patient care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, development and implementation of practice guidelines, and active participation in clinical pathway teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for staff development, clinical improvement activities, and patient/staff education, ensuring the maintenance of established standards of care and practice.
