Description
PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care under the guidance of a Chief Nursing Officer, Nurse Manager, or Charge Nurse. The role involves providing direct patient care to medically complex and critically ill patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, educating patients and families, administering medications and IV therapies, managing complex comorbidities like sepsis and cardiac issues, and potentially performing charge nurse duties with ACCLS certification.
