Description
Project Renewal is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its Support and Connection Center, which provides medical and social services to people affected by homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use. The RN will conduct comprehensive health assessments, administer and document medications, provide harm reduction and overdose prevention education, coordinate with psychiatrists and other care providers, refer clients to treatment and housing services, advocate across care systems, and maintain compliance documentation. The role reports to the Nurse Manager and requires a New York State RN license; experience with unhoused individuals, community health, substance use, and mental health is preferred.
