ResPro Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their team. This role involves working remotely to support patients with respiratory needs, coordinating with healthcare providers, educating patients on in-home monitoring devices, creating care plans, and providing ongoing support and education for chronic pulmonary conditions. The nurse will also review device readings, document trends, and escalate concerning symptoms to providers, while building rapport with patients to promote positive health changes.
