Uniting Port Macquarie is hiring a PPT Relief Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time position initially offered for four months, with potential to transition into an ongoing permanent role. The nurse will provide person-centred clinical care to aged-care residents, develop and evaluate care plans, conduct clinical assessments, liaise with medical and allied health professionals and families, and supervise Personal Care Workers. The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing degree, current AHPRA registration, strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills, and effective communication; aged or community care experience is desirable but not required.
