Villa Riesberg is hiring a qualified registered nurse for permanent night duty at 75% employment level. The role provides nursing and social-psychiatric support to 31 mobile residents with mental health conditions, including individualized care, monitoring, medication administration, documentation, crisis handling, night-time safety, and handover to the day-shift team. Psychiatric nursing experience is preferred, along with responsibility, independence, empathy, calmness, and teamwork.
