Description
The Cath/IR Registered Nurse performs diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures, including PCI, stent placement, cardiac and vascular interventions, and other catheter-based procedures. The role requires 2 years of experience in both the cath lab and IR lab, ACLS and BLS certification, mandatory phlebotomy and IV placement competency, and EPIC proficiency. Scheduling is 4–10 hours per week from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with 8–10 call shifts per month and a requirement to keep RTO close to one week.
