ADAPT Community Network is hiring a full-time School Registered Nurse to provide nursing care and health services for students in its early childhood education program in Manhattan. The role supports health assessments, medication administration, first aid, infection control, medical referrals, documentation, staff training, family and provider consultation, transportation to medical appointments, and home visits when needed. The position requires an accredited nursing degree, at least one year of nursing experience, G-tube feeding experience, New York RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and proficiency with electronic health records. Compensation is $50.00–$55.00 per hour plus benefits, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., following the school calendar.
