TriHealth is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for the Observation Unit/Clinical Decision Unit at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, Ohio. The role provides direct and indirect holistic care to adult and geriatric patients requiring short-term monitoring, diagnostic testing, and medical, pre- and post-surgical, or cardiac interventions. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, emergency response, interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and staff education. The position is on-site, scheduled for 24 hours per week on nights from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., and includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus, weekend incentive, shift differential, and part-time night-shift premium.
