Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is recruiting a CDI Nursing Advisor for the Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. VA Medical Center in Memphis, Tennessee. The role supports inpatient and outpatient clinical documentation integrity by reviewing health records, validating clinical data, clarifying provider questions, developing CDI workflows and training, maintaining performance metrics, and generating reports. The position requires a bachelor's degree in nursing, an active unrestricted RN license, at least two years of CDI specialist experience in a hospital setting, relevant coding certifications, and knowledge of ICD-10-CM, MS-DRG, VistA/CPRS, and regulatory requirements. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., and no visa sponsorship is available.
