The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is hiring multiple full-time Registered Nurse and Clinical Nurse roles for its Older Adults Supportive Interim Stay (OASIS) unit at Modbury Hospital. The fixed-term positions run through 26 March 2027 and involve providing nursing assessments and care plans, coordinating multidisciplinary discharge pathways, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting older adults and families through care transitions.
