The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse for community nursing in Mount Barker, Adelaide Hills. The role delivers person-centred care in clients’ homes and community settings, coordinates care plans, provides clinical leadership and mentorship, collaborates across disciplines, and supports quality improvement and clinical teaching. It is an ongoing permanent part-time position at 0.5 FTE, with a 7-day roster of up to 24 hours per week, and offers a salary of $77,824 to $106,187 per annum pro rata plus penalties, superannuation, benefits, and additional allowances.
