Description
This is a working-level Registered Nurse position in the Health Department, responsible for registered nursing care of average difficulty across assessment, diagnosis, care planning, treatment, medication, immunizations, referrals, patient education, and clinic administration. The role may work days, evenings, nights, and/or weekends in an institution, clinic, hospital, home-care, or other healthcare setting and requires Tennessee licensure or Nurse Licensure Compact privilege, one year of equivalent registered nursing experience or qualifying nursing education, dependable transportation, and a pre-employment criminal background check. The position pays $36.60 per hour and has no supervisory or fiscal responsibilities.
