Mayo Clinic is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Diabetes Nurse Educator to coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, educate patients and families, manage transitions of care, and support professional nursing practice across settings. The role includes preceptoring, informal and formal leadership, quality improvement, delegation, and participation in committees or projects. It requires a BSN, current RN licensure, diabetes education and certification, strong communication and critical-thinking skills, and availability for flexible hours. The position is eligible for Tennessee sponsorship and follows a Monday-Friday day schedule with PRN hours, no weekends, and no call.
