Description
The RN I/DD provides person-centered nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, coordinates medical appointments and follow-up, oversees medication administration, advocates for clients in healthcare and clinical settings, collaborates on individualized care plans, maintains health records, and supports staff education on health, safety, and medical best practices. The role requires a New York State-licensed registered nurse, a valid New York State driver’s license, and preferably I/DD, residential, or community-based nursing experience.
