The role combines patient care, customer retention, delivery of medical aids, product-portfolio optimization, networking with medical specialists and therapists, participation in patient and self-help events, and cooperation with sales. Candidates need recognized training in health and nursing, senior care, or speech therapy, plus further training as a medical device consultant; ENT, intensive care, homecare, healthcare sales, networking, communication, and independent working skills are preferred or required.
