Description
The Home Health RN will provide 1:1 skilled home health care in West Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas, with an 8-hour day shift and the ability to visit up to six patients per day. The role requires an Oregon license, one year of skilled home health experience, BCLS certification, and primary-series COVID vaccination plus one booster; travel is expected, with occasional drives up to 60 miles. Transportation, charting through EPIC, Rover, and Oasis, and mileage reimbursement are provided.
