Sutter Health is hiring a part-time In-Home Registered Nurse for SRMC-Sutter Roseville Med Center. The role provides assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of in-home nursing care, including direct patient care, patient and family education, transitions of care, interdisciplinary care planning, and collaboration with healthcare providers. The position requires RN licensure in the state where care is provided, BLS and ACLS certification, a nursing degree, and two years of recent relevant experience. It is scheduled for 28 hours per week across variable days and every other weekend, with pay of $76.40 to $101.18 per hour.
