Description
The posting seeks a Labor and Delivery Circulator to float as needed across Providence-affiliated facilities. The role requires two years of experience in LDRP, L&D, postpartum, and newborn care, and must include active Swedish compact licensure and a minimum three-month separation from the health system for prior permanent employees. Duties include circulating in the operating room, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, antepartum and postpartum triage, newborn care, IV starts, blood and blood-product administration, and management of epidural, PCA, insulin, and magnesium sulfate pumps. Required certifications include AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, and NRP; ACLS is preferred. The staff-to-patient ratio is 1:1–3.
