Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for a weekend-only program in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The role provides nursing care according to physician orders and care plans, administers medications and treatments, monitors residents, documents clinical changes, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, supports CNAs, and follows infection-control and safety guidelines. The program offers 12- or 16-hour weekend shifts, an additional $3.00 per hour differential, applicable shift differentials, medical and dental insurance, paid time off, a 401(k), and career advancement opportunities.
