Description
Cone Health is hiring a travel Registered Nurse for a 3x12s, days schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with end-of-week and holiday assignments as needed. The role requires float between all Cone Health facilities and includes specialized stroke-neurology care, telemetry monitoring, feeding-tube and line management, blood-product administration, IV starting, isolation precautions, wound care, and a 1:5–1:6 patient ratio. Candidates must have at least two years of experience, BLS and NIH certification, EPIC experience, and telemetry monitoring experience; first-time travelers are accepted.
