Description
Cone Health is hiring an Acute Care Rehabilitation Nurse for a 3x12s night schedule from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with every third weekend and holidays as needed. The role requires float between all Cone Health campuses, a minimum of one year of experience, and no first-time travelers. Acute care rehabilitation experience is preferred, and the nurse will provide direct patient care, medication reconciliation, laboratory interpretation, phlebotomy, sterile procedures, telephone triage, and specialized care for patients with neurological, spinal cord, stroke, aneurysm, postoperative, and other rehabilitation needs. The patient ratio is 1:6, and BLS and EPIC are listed.
