Description
The Offsite Registered Nurse provides safe, competent, and continuous care to a designated patient caseload in a Brooklyn, New York offsite setting. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, applying the nursing process, coordinating care and discharge planning, teaching and counseling, delegating to the health care team, participating in quality and research activities, and serving as a preceptor. The role requires a nursing degree or qualifying prior qualification, current New York State Registered Nurse licensure, a Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Card, and Basic Life Support certification.
