TriHealth Good Samaritan Hospital is hiring a full-time Neuro ICU Registered Nurse for its 20-bed 7Q Neurosurgical ICU. The role provides high-acuity neurocritical care, including patient and family assessments, individualized care plans, emergency response, medication administration, health teaching, interdisciplinary collaboration, and delegation. Candidates need an associate degree or diploma in nursing, an active RN license, BLS/CPR, and must obtain a BSN within five years of hire; neuro or critical care experience and specialty certification are preferred. The position is on-site, 36 hours weekly, and pays a $1-hour weekend incentive, $4 shift differential, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
