VIP Vitalisten BoDo is hiring a permanent Registered Nurse for 1:1 out-of-hospital intensive care with consistent clients. The role involves working in established care teams, providing ventilation nursing, using digital documentation and shift planning, and supporting clients through night shifts. Applicants need nursing specialist qualification, a class B driver’s license, a car, reliability, independence, and interest in digital working. The position offers €4,300–€4,600 gross per month plus allowances, structured onboarding, continuing education, and five preferred guaranteed days off per month.
