Mountain Valley Hospice is seeking an on-call Registered Nurse to provide evening and overnight nursing care to patients and families in the Elkin and Wilkes service area. The role involves skilled assessment, clinical judgment, reassurance, interdisciplinary coordination, and accurate documentation, with a predictable schedule covering Friday evenings through Sunday mornings. A current RN license and strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills are required; hospice or home health experience is preferred but not required.
