Description
The 1ST TIMER - PACU/SHORT STAY RN is a shared position between the Recovery room and Short Stay/MPU pre-op and post-op areas. The role floats between units, requires one night per week and one weekend per four-week schedule, and follows a 1:2–3 patient-to-nurse ratio. The position is assigned to one recovery shift and two short-stay shifts per week, requires a vehicle, and is available at Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent. Travelers may be required to float to other units or facilities, and hotel and incentive arrangements are offered for consecutive shifts or Seaside assignments.
