Description
The Cardiac PCU RN will provide 24/7 care in a 30-bed Cardiac Medical Progressive Care unit, with a 3x12 schedule, days, weekends, holidays, and a six-week self-assigned schedule. The role requires at least two years of experience, Cardiac PCU experience, BLS and ACLS, and comfort with 1:5 patient ratios; previous Charge RN experience, NIH, EPIC, and Rapid Response Team experience are preferred. Responsibilities include monitoring cardiac patients, managing dysrhythmias, telemetry, cardiac drips, vasoactive drips, lines, chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, tracheostomy care, and procedures such as pacemaker placement.
