Grafton Integrated Health Network is hiring a Registered Nurse - PRN to provide nursing services and health care to Grafton clients. The role includes monitoring client health, administering medications, responding to sick calls and injuries, coordinating medical and dental appointments, supporting staff training, participating in multidisciplinary meetings, and providing on-call nursing services. Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold a valid RN license, have 1–2 years of nursing experience or equivalent training and experience, and hold a valid state driver's license. Compensation starts at $38.46 and goes up to $51.39 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) employer match, education assistance, and an employee assistance program.
