Guidehealth is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse to conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits through telehealth under physician supervision. The role involves preventive assessments, medical history updates, risk-factor evaluation, patient education, prevention-plan development, EHR documentation, HCC-code recapture reporting, referrals, and follow-up. Candidates must be bi-lingual in Korean and English, located in Georgia, hold an unrestricted Georgia RN license, and have at least three years of patient-care nursing experience. The position offers approximately 20 hours per week Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with compensation of $42 per hour plus a language differential.
