Halton Healthcare is hiring a Program-Based Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect nursing care across designated units and sites, including Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, Milton District Hospital, and Georgetown Hospital. The role supports staffing, vacancy coverage, sick-call replacement, leaves of absence, surge capacity, education, onboarding, and other program priorities, with assignments based on patient needs, competency, and operational requirements. Candidates must have two years of acute care inpatient RN experience and complete or have committed to completing a Coronary Care 1 course within six months. The role offers rotating 12-hour shifts and pays $41.15 to $58.98 per hour.
