Description
The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs through history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic-data analysis; provides nursing interventions consistent with the plan of care and physician orders; conducts hourly rounds; and supports evidence-based practice and professional development. The role is full time, scheduled for 72 hours biweekly, and requires graduation from an accredited registered nursing program, a valid South Carolina or compact RN license, and active Basic Life Support certification plus additional unit-specific certifications.
