Memorial Health is recruiting nurses in their first year of RN practice for its Nurse Residency Program, with applications accepted for January, February, and July 2027 starts. The role provides 80 hours per pay period, full benefits, clinical seminars, preceptorship, patient-care coordination, documentation, health education, performance improvement, and emergency readiness. Applicants must graduate from an accredited nursing school, hold a current Ohio RN license, complete required continuing education and BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and de-escalation certifications, and be available for all shifts including every other weekend.
