A Registered Nurse (RN) provides resident assessments, develops care plans with healthcare professionals, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to optimize health outcomes, supervises certified nursing assistants, and maintains compliance with Illinois Department of Public Health and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requirements. The role offers $40–$45 per hour, is available full-time, part-time, or PRN, and prefers long-term-care experience, strong communication, and leadership skills.
