Human Touch Home Health is hiring PRN Registered Nurses to provide skilled in-home care throughout Northampton County, Pennsylvania. The role includes comprehensive nursing assessments, care-plan development, wound care, medication management, disease education, patient and caregiver education, care coordination, and WellSky documentation. Applicants must hold an active Pennsylvania RN license, graduate from an accredited nursing program, have current CPR/BLS certification, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation; home health and OASIS experience and WellSky experience are preferred.
