Description
The role provides professional nursing care through the nursing process, coordinates with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, and complies with nursing standards and regulatory requirements. It is intended for a critical-care registered nurse, with preferred medical-surgical, neurology, neurosurgery, or neuro ICU experience; one year of specialty-area clinical experience is required for per diem positions, while two years are preferred. The position requires New Jersey nursing licensure, BLS, ACLS, a Critical Care Course, and a Dysrhythmia course, with certification in a specialty area preferred.
