Description
The role provides professional nursing care through the nursing process, meets the needs of patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams through communication, coordination, and evaluation, and complies with nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Applicants must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within six months of hire or rehire and graduate by the third employment anniversary, with BSN or MSN graduates preferred. Current New Jersey State Board of Nursing licensure, American Heart Association BLS, and ACLS certification are required, with additional dysrhythmia and specialty certification requirements.
