Mercy Health is hiring a Progressive Care (Step Down) Registered Nurse for the 5th Floor Intermediate unit at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. The role provides nursing care to patients, assesses and prioritizes patient needs, develops care plans, coordinates care across hospital departments, advocates for patient safety, and administers medications safely. The position requires current RN licensure and at least one year of RN experience; a bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, as is six months of acute-care hospital RN experience.
