$40 – $45/hr
Registered Nurse providing resident assessments, care plan development, interdisciplinary care coordination, CNA supervision, and compliance with Illinois Department of Public Health and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services requirements in a collaborative care environment. An evening shift from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. is available, with full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements offered.
