Beacon is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to partner with the Director of Nursing in overseeing healthcare for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, severe mental illness, autism, and high-acuity behaviors. The RN travels to residential homes, assesses individuals, administers medications and vaccinations, coordinates medical and behavioral healthcare, monitors infections and complex medical needs, trains direct support staff, audits medication and electronic health records, and may supervise LPNs and CNAs. The role requires a valid RN license, a driver's license, computer proficiency, English-language proficiency, and successful background and regulatory checks.
