Galileo is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for an in-office clinic in Starbase, Texas. The role owns patient relationships, performs triage and assessments, manages chronic-condition education, coordinates care and referrals, handles prior authorizations, and assists with exams, phlebotomy, vaccines, and injections. Applicants should be licensed RNs with at least two years of clinical triage experience; pediatric, acute care, or inpatient experience is preferred. The position pays $39 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and other benefits.
