River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is hiring Registered Nurses for full-time and part-time shifts in a sub-acute and long-term care facility. The RN will provide resident care, implement care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and follow infection-control and safety standards. Applicants need an active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license, BLS certification, and the ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced environment. The role offers $34-$46 per hour, same-day pay, shift differentials, and health, vision, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
