Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Registered Nurse to provide in-home nursing care to patients in the South Bay of Los Angeles. The role includes assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, educating patients and caregivers, monitoring progress, documenting visits, coordinating with the clinical team, and serving as a case manager for discharge planning. The position pays $40–$125 per hour depending on visit or task type and offers mileage and cellular-device reimbursement, cooperative membership and profit-sharing, health and life insurance, HSA/FSA options, a 401(k), and paid time off.
