Description
Apollo Home Healthcare is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Registered Nurse to provide in-home nursing care to patients in the Bay Area. The role includes assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, educating patients and caregivers, documenting visits, coordinating with the clinical team, and serving as a case manager for discharge planning. Candidates need an active California RN license, CPR/BLS certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to patients’ homes; home health experience and Kinnser/Wellsky experience are preferred. Compensation is $40–$155 per hour, with mileage and cellular device reimbursement and benefits for full-time clinicians.
