Description
Vynca is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Palliative Care team to provide evidence-based nursing care to seriously ill patients, including care planning, symptom and medication management, patient and caregiver education, advanced care planning, documentation, and care coordination. The role also includes float coverage for other care teams, travel throughout the Humboldt, Coastal, Redding, Shasta, and Far North areas, and coordination of travel arrangements. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted California RN license, have at least two years of home health or community health experience, and be able to work Monday through Friday with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
