WeCare at Avalon Care Center is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, oversee medical treatments, and support the healthcare team. The role includes nursing staff leadership, performance coaching, documentation oversight, interdisciplinary communication, compliance and quality improvement participation, audits, and on-call duties. A valid Pennsylvania RN license is required, while acute-care or long-term-care RN experience is preferred.
