Westminster Canterbury At Home is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Virginia Beach, Virginia, reporting to the Hospice Director. The role provides comprehensive nursing care and case management for hospice patients, including assessments, care-plan development, symptom management, education, interdisciplinary coordination, admission and re-certification eligibility, and supervision of LPNs and hospice aides. The position requires at least one year of professional nursing experience, an unencumbered Virginia or compact-state RN license, current CPR certification, Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience, a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, motor vehicle insurance, and flu vaccination. Preferred experience includes hospice, home health, or skilled nursing facility work. Compensation is $40.00–$43.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
