Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a PRN Registered Nurse Case Manager focused on utilization management and care coordination. The role performs clinical reviews using MCG, InterQual, and the 2MN rule; secures payer authorizations; maintains accurate patient status and documentation; coordinates interdisciplinary discharge planning, denials and appeals; addresses barriers to care transitions; and ensures CMS and regulatory compliance. The position is based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania and requires a current RN license, an associate or bachelor's nursing degree, BLS certification, and three years of acute-care nursing or significant acute-care case-management experience.
