The Clinical Unit Leader – Southside Medical Center coordinates patient care and nursing staff on a designated unit, adjusts schedules and assignments, supports clinical decision-making, leads rounds, facilitates admissions, transfers, and discharges, and promotes quality improvement, safety, teamwork, and staff development. The role requires a current RN license, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred, and two years of nursing experience with at least one year of clinical experience in the desired acuity level.
